Bolognese is a traditional Italian pasta at the city of Bologna.
The sauce is a deeply browned meat sauce, it tastes like roasted meat and wine. It has tomato paste, carrots, celery onion and garlic, and they are very well browned and minced to make a thick sauce. Traditionally best served with Tagliatelle pasta.
Thawing Instructions: 1. Thaw for 1 hour under running water or inside refrigerator.
Heating Instructions for Oven Top: 1. Remove both wrapper and label. 2. Place contents in pan. 3. Add a little bit of water. 4. Stir for 2-3 minutes or until sauce thickens. 5. Add cooked al dente pasta and toss. 6. Remove from heat and serve!
