The Filipino-style roast beef known as Lechon Baka has been making waves these past months. With anything “Lechon” having a special spot in every Filipino’s heart and dinner table, it’s no wonder why many have been clamoring for a taste.
Thawing Instructions: 1. Thaw for 1 hour under running water or inside refrigerator.
Heating Instructions for Oven: 1. Remove both wrapper and label. 2. Pre-heat oven to 400°F or 204°C 3. Place entire meat in oven pan with skin facing up. 4. Heat for 10-15 minutes 5. Flip the meat from time to time to prevent the softer one from burning 6. Serve and enjoy!
Heating Instructions for Microwave: 1. Remove both wrapper and label. 2. Separate meat from skin. 3. Place meat only in a microwaveable container. 4. Heat for 2 minutes using high heat. 5. Place the skin on top of meat. 6. Heat again for additional 20 seconds. 7. Serve and enjoy!
